Affordably priced between $650 and $1200, complete construction plans are readily available from the Plan vendor. Modification of a Plan by the vendor if necessary for compliance with the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code (IRC 2006 Edition), effective November 2008, will incur an additional fee.
Narrow Lots – the standard width for residential lots in Norfolk conform to fifty feet of street frontage. Non-conforming lots narrower than fifty feet incur various zoning stipulations. Refer to the Narrow Lot Solution grouping for house plans meeting the non-conforming lots zoning parameters.
